DIY Banana Ice Cream
This is one of my go to snacks when I am craving late night sweets. Banana ice cream is healthy, yummy, and won't hurt your diet one bit. Heck, have three scoops instead of two tonight. Simple and easy to make and a treat that the entire family will enjoy. Store in an air tight container or eat immediately. We always eat ours right from the blender or food processor.
- Slice the banana into thick pieces for chunky ice cream and thin pieces for smoother ice cream.
- Lay out evenly on a plate and freeze for 2 hours.
- Plop the frozen banana into your blender or food processor to blend.
- Scoop out and eat immediately or store in an air tight container.
