#DIY: Mason Jar Planter

Snapshot_6Get creative with mason jars and use one as a planter. These jars are clear and so you can use different colored stone or rocks in the dirt for drainage that you will be able to see though the glass. I like to put mine in the kitchen window.

Items Needed:
Rock or Stone
Dirt
Mason Jar
Plant

Directions:
1) Place rocks at the bottom of your mason jar.

2) Put dirt on top of the rocks. Repeat until jar is full.

3) After putting the plants in the dirt fill in the top with dirt to help stabilize the plants.

4) Water them and enjoy!
