DIY: Raised Garden Easy and Simple

YouTube video explaining how I created my raised garden

Items Needed:
Saw
Level
Wood for outdoor use
Hammer
Nails
Protective Sealant/Stain that can be used with gardens
Dirt
Compost
Peat Moss

Directions:
1. After deciding where to place your garden and how big you want it start by framing it out with the wood. You will need to cut the pieces to fit your yard and make them the size you want.

2. After your frame is built you will want to stain your wood to help make it last. Make sure to choose stain that is safe for use with gardens. Just ask the person at your local hardware store where you buy your stain from and they will be able to help you.

3. Fill your garden with the dirt, peat moss, and compost. Mix it all together for even distribution. You can use a wheelbarrow for this or do it right in the garden itself.

4. Plant your vegetables, herbs, and fruits to enjoy this summer. Yum!

Success
