Losing-WeightIt’s time I came out of the fat closet. I have gone back and forth about publishing this post for a number of reasons–mostly because a lot of the photos I’m about to share have been locked away in my “never show anyone, ever” file.

But this is a new year and I’ve decided I’m going to be open and honest–and not ashamed of where I’ve been, even if my stomach hurts a little at the idea of sharing this with the world.

See, I have lost a pretty significant amount of weight–and I’m not done yet.

But part of my reason for starting Project Blissful was to help others create the lives they want like I’m doing–and one of the most noticeable effects of my life-changing plan was the loss of 100 pounds.

I’ve still got a few pounds to go before I reach my ultimate goal, but I’ve made some pretty good progress.

So, I offer you this video–a look at my journey to physical health thus far. It’s a little long, but if you’re looking for inspiration to get your own journey off the ground, it might be worth the watch.

Stick with me here at Project Blissful and over the next several weeks, I’ll share every detail of how I did it, step by step.

So, as you can see, I still have a few pounds to lose. Being five feet tall makes it a little more obvious, too–but here’s a tip for my height-challenged friends: wear wedges/platforms/heels as often as possible. It visually takes ten pounds off right away! 🙂

So what do you think? Tell me in the comments section, below!
