What’s the PLAN?

The QueenBeeing PLAN is a free, comprehensive toolkit designed specifically to help you safely leave a narcissistic abuse situation in an emotionally, physically, and/or psychologically abusive relationship, with or without kids involved. The PLAN was created for you by Angie Atkinson because she too was forced to leave a toxic, abusive narcissist in her first marriage and she knows exactly how difficult it can be. As part of her mission to serve her fellow survivors, she created a simple, easy-to-use, and forever-free, downloadable guide and checklist for leaving a narcissist in an abusive, toxic relationship and finding your way to freedom.

Are you a narcissistic abuse survivor who needs help figuring out how to leave the narcissist in your life?

If you are preparing to leave a narcissistic abuser, then you have come to the right place. The PLAN (Preparing to Leave a Narcissist) Toolkit will help you not only figure out your next move but also make sure you don’t miss or forget anything important. Plus, it has guides to help you stay safe and to find out where there is help available for you. Additionally, you will find two downloadable helpful tools, including a printable workbook to help you figure out exactly what you need to consider and which steps you’ll need to take in your particular situation, and a packing list with a checklist for all of the steps you need to take. You’ll also get a detailed guide and checklist with all of the essential and irreplaceable things you won’t want to forget when you leave – plus, the practical items and important documents you’ll want to take with you. And, if you have kids to consider, there is a free guide to help you with this as well. There are no strings attached, but we do ask for your email address and you’ll be subscribed to our free newsletter when you confirm your download. With that being said, you are free to opt-out as desired.

Get real support in your narcissistic abuse recovery!

If you’re working on leaving the toxic narcissist in your life, you’ll have plenty of healing, grief, and possibly confusion or anxiety to deal with as you go through your healing process afterward. Chances are that you don’t even realize yet exactly what you will need and what kinds of issues you’re going to deal with. Don’t worry – it’s still better than having to deal with an abuser every day – but we want you to be prepared so you can thrive yourself into the life you truly deserve – instead of running back to your abuser.

In our experience, you’re going to feel pretty alone – at least when it comes to talking about the abuse with someone who actually gets it, and you’re going to need proper narcissistic abuse recovery support. And that’s exactly why we’re here. While we do offer one-on-one narcissistic abuse recovery coaching and lower-priced, small group coaching, we also know that when you’re dealing with a toxic narcissist, you might also be dealing with financial abuse – which means you might not have the money (or access to your own money) to pay for anything at all. That’s why we also offer free online support groups for narcissistic abuse recovery, free courses, free videos, articles, toolkits, and more types of easily-accessible and free narcissistic abuse recovery support content, and much more. Please, take advantage of everything we have that helps you in your own recovery and share it with anyone you know who needs it by sharing a link to our content directly.*
