Amp It Up: How to Get Better Results From Bella Vi Amp’d Up Weight Loss Supplements

Written by Angela Atkinson

fitness motivational quotes 8So, since I’ve been taking this Bella Vi Insane Amp’d stuff and started to notice the positive effects, I decided I wanted to maximize the effects as much as possible.

Being the nerdy journalism-type that I am, I started doing my research. I wanted to know what people were doing to increase the effectiveness (because if you’re going to have positive effects from a single dose of a supplement, why not get the maximum benefit possible, right?).

So I dug around online in forums and blogs, and I talked to people who are finding success with Bella Vi weight loss supplements. Here are some tips to help you get the maximum benefits possible from the Bella Vi Insane Amp’d.

How to Get Better Results From Bella Vi Amp’d Up: Tips From Successful Users

Get Better Results From Bella Vi Amp’d Up: When to Take It

From my research, it seems that people are getting the most benefit from Amp’d Up when they take it on an empty stomach and then wait 45 minutes before they eat. I’m giving this a shot and have been doing this for 2 days now. I think I see an increase, but I’ll keep you posted.

Another timing tip: some users say that if you typically don’t eat breakfast OR you are a big night-time eater, you should take the supplements closer to lunchtime. This way, you might be able to avoid those night-time munchies altogether.

Get Better Results From Bella Vi Amp’d Up: Stay Cool to Burn More Calories

According to what I’ve been reading and hearing, Bella Vi Amp’d Up induces thermogenesis, which in this sense means that your body is heated from the inside. That causes your metabolism to get faster and makes you sweat.

And, as I understand it, thermogenesis is activated  faster in a cold environment or when the body is cold. So let yourself be cold. You’ll burn more calories. I’ve been using ice in my water for a couple of days and trying to stay cool when I can. I’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Get Better Results From Bella Vi Amp’d Up: Drink More Water (A Lot More!)

You already know that your weight loss is directly affected by your intake of water and of food. The Bella Vi supplement increases elimination as it detoxifies your body in the first ten days or so, meaning you’ll need to drink a LOT more water. I’m just going into my third week and can attest to this one! But it’s not terrible.

One expert recommended eight 16-ounce bottles of water each day. That’s twice the generally a accepted amount. But according to what I found in my research, you will not lose as much weight if you don’t drink the water-which, to me, is pretty obvious, with or without the pills.

Still, in my experience so far (as a person who is already a big water-drinker who avoids soda and sugary drinks) I feel thirstier more often, and I’m definitely seeing the loss of inches–which, honestly, totally rocks my world , not gonna lie.

So those are the best tips I’ve found so far on how to get better results from Bella Vi Amp’d Up. Have you tried this or any Bella Vi weight loss supplements before? Tell me what you think of them and how you have done with them in the comments section, below!

Oh yeah…I almost forgot. Here’s $10 to spend in the MTM Body store. 🙂
