What You Need to Know

For eight weeks, participants will be invited to join us in the Dare to Bare 8-Week Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge.

In addition to the opportunity to win prizes each week, there will be a special prize package for the overall winner, and recognition and other little freebies for runners up, as well as all participants.

As always, we’ll be focusing on your whole self during this challenge.

Those who choose to join the Dare to Bare 8-Week Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge will get free access to a support group made up of myself and other participants. This forum will provide additional support and information to help the participants get and stay motivated, allowing a higher chance for success.

Participants who feel comfortable doing so can submit before and after photos (tasteful with no nudity, please!). Those who do will have a chance to win prizes at the close of the challenge. No faces required, if you’re worried about the exposure, but if you love support, praise and encouragement, you might as well send ‘em in whole!

Members who signed up for the Look Better Naked 30-Day Fitness Challenge will be automatically added to the Dare to Bare 8-Week Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge. They may also opt out, if they choose to do so.

  1. Another superb blog post! Let me share an important suggestion for weight loss: In order to lose additional weight, it makes sense to find other ways of traveling about and not rely on driving. Running, walking, bicycling, rollerblading and other physical methods of travel will burn calories. Your daily calories hang out in your body. Burning calories through exercise helps prevent calorie storage.
