I don’t know about you, but I am totally loving this whole new “sexy fitness” craze that seems to be going on lately. From pole dancing classes to Flirty Girl Fitness and Carmen Electra’s stripper fitness stuff, you almost can’t get away from it.
Best news I’ve heard all day.
See, we women are far more likely to succeed in getting and staying fit if we feel sexy–and these types of classes and videos are a big hit across the country for a reason.
Sexy fitness has even hit the Midwest. I was thrilled to find out that there is a new sexy fitness gym and cafe that just opened near me in January. This one was started by a pretty cool lady who has her whole vision and mission figured out–and I freaking LOVE IT! I can’t wait to check it out.
K.I.S.S. stands for “Keep It Sexy Sistas,” according to the company’s website, and Smith said she was inspired by her mother’s battle with obesity. In addition to starting her own workout program when she was just 15, Smith said that after seeing her mother lose her life due to weight-related health issues, she vowed to make a difference in the lives of others who struggle with obesity.
“Our approach to fitness is we make fitness fun,” says the company motto. “Lose the Excuses and Lose the Weight. If you are alive you can get stronger, healthier and sexier.”
Did I mention that I LOVE it? Because I do. 🙂 But let’s get back on track, shall we?
