Frazzled Much? Try This Spacy Seinfeld Stress Hack

Written by Angela Atkinson

Jerry Seinfeld has one of those faces that can relay so much in a single look that he’ll have you laughing your ass off before you know it.

Given his ability to be freaking hilarious and his obviously extreme success, it only seems fitting to share Seinfeld’s personal method of stress management.

Seinfeld, quoted in Judd Aptow’s recent book, said that when he felt stressed during that time, he would look at space photographs taken by the Hubble Space Telescope to remind him how insignificant everything can be perceived.

“That would calm me when I would start to think that this was important… Ive often said this and people say,” Seinfeld added. “It makes me feel insignificant. And I dont find being insignificant depressing. I find it uplifting.”

Narcissists Fool You With False Empathy

Here’s the thing. When we say “narcissists have no empathy,” we don’t necessarily mean that they’re not capable of figuring out what you’re feeling. What we mean is that narcissists don’t FEEL empathy in the same way as most people do. They have no compassion, no remorse and they don’t feel regret – unless they regret a choice they made because it negatively affected them directly.
