How to Stop Being Miserable

Aren’t you tired of being miserable yet? Don’t you wish you could just be happy already?

If you’ve ever been in a relationship with a narcissist, you already know that they tend to cause a great deal of misery and unhappiness in their wake.

In fact, narcissists and those diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) are often toxic to the people they claim to love the most.

But how can you be happy after narcissistic abuse – or even while you’re still stuck in the middle of it?

Why are some people happy all of the time? The happiest people have habits that raise the odds of feeling happy. Unhappy people have habits that result in less desirable feelings. It can be that simple. If you’re not as happy as you’d like, take a look at your habits.
