Breakfast – This morning I was a little more prepared for my second day juicing. I knew my oldest daughter Logen would want to juice with me so I pulled out 6 apples. I had red apples yesterday so today I decided to have green. I was afraid the juice would be tangy and I wouldn’t like it, however, it was delicious. Logen took her juice with her to school and shared it with a close friend. Her friend immediately fell in love with how tasty this drink is. Next time I am going to add a cucumber to it and see if she notices. I added ice cubes this morning and was afraid they would water down my juice but they only made it super cold and did not affect the taste at all.
Granny Smith Apple

Lunch – I am feeling fantastic! Hungry but full of energy. I just KILLED my Insanity workout! Like really! With only juice for the past 2 days I am preforming better and feeling more confident. I am sure there will be a day when I get to be starving and hating the world. However, today is not that day because I feel so good. No crazy side effects so far either. I thought I would be running to the restroom like crazy to empty my bowels and/or bladder. Nothing more than normal though which is a big surprise.
