Meet Certified Life Coach Lise Colucci

Hi, I’m Lise Colucci.

My name is Lise Colucci, and I’m grateful you’ve visited my page today. I am a certified narcissistic abuse recovery coach specializing in helping survivors learn to overcome trauma held in the body and soul through somatic trauma healing. I have experience helping people through all sorts of narcissistic abuse and recovery, including situations in many different types of relationships such as parental, sibling, romantic, friend, workplace, and more.

A little more about me:

  • I’m an intuitive healer, trauma-informed certified life coach, and certified narcissistic abuse recovery coach.
  • I specialize in somatic trauma healing, and I’m certified in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behavioral therapy coaching (CBT).
  • I’m also a certified trauma-informed coach.

As the QueenBeeing Small Group Coaching program director and creator, I love working with clients one-on-one and in these small groups. It’s so rewarding to watch a survivor glow up and heal as I work with them – and it makes my day every time one of them shares a new recovery milestone with me. Are you ready to get started on your healing journey? I’d be happy to join you. Scroll down to schedule a coaching appointment or package, and we will get going!

How Somatic Trauma Healing Works

Using somatic trauma healing techniques can be especially helpful for survivors carrying trauma physically and feeling stuck in fear, depression, or emotional paralysis.

Sadly, unresolved trauma doesn’t just go away – it lingers even (and especially) when you try to push it down and ignore it.

You may struggle with several physical effects after narcissistic abuse in a toxic relationship related to the side effects of C-PTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder).

These may include several co-disorders, including sexual struggles, self-esteem, and self-acceptance issues. You may also find yourself physically exhausted and feeling pretty desperate.

How I Can Help You

I CAN HELP YOU:

  • Understand how you can identify trauma sources, how they affect your choices, and how they’ve affected you up to this point.
  • Create personalized tools and routines to help you reconnect with your body, yourself, and positive, healthy people in your life.
  • Understand what you need to do to reconcile and recover from the effects of trauma through mindfulness and guided body self-healing.
  • Understand how self-medicating your trauma with unhealthy substances and habits can restrict and even prevent true connection with your true self and with others in healthier relationships.

More About Me

I’m a long-time admin and mentor for the SPAN Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Group, actively helping survivors of narcissistic abuse in the expansive community to learn and heal. This, along with my experience doing one-on-one narcissistic abuse recovery coaching, gave me the tools I needed to develop the QueenBeeing Small Group Coaching program, which continues to grow and evolve in the most beautiful ways.

I’m a big believer in the strength of survivors and the power they hold to transform their lives for the better after abuse, so I am always looking for and learning about new ways to serve.

I tend to see the big picture, which allows me to help my clients dissect the overwhelming issue of narcissistic abuse into manageable parts.

I understand narcissism and the effects of toxic relationships on survivors on a deep and personal level, and I use this understanding along with my professional training to help my clients grow and heal.

Being a survivor myself, I understand how important it is to be sensitive to a survivor’s coaching needs. I am passionate about providing coaching services that my clients say help them feel heard and validated as I guide them along their healing journey.

My certifications in life coaching from Universal Coach Institute and a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach certification from Life Makeover Academy.  I have certifications in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and am a certified trauma-informed coach. At home, Lise is the mother of four amazing humans. She loves spending time with her kids and dogs.
