Today’s Fit Tip: Get More Sleep!
Don’t Forget: YouTube is full of free workout videos!
If you’re like me, you sometimes get bored with your workout and you don’t want to go spend money on new workout DVDs or equipment without testing the merchandise first.
So hit YouTube and type in what you’re looking for–and most likely, you’ll find it–maybe even a full version of it. For example, I made this “sexy workouts” playlist awhile back.
Today’s Fit Mission: Try Something New (On YouTube)
Your mission today is to find one workout video on YouTube that you can do–and to do it! It can even be a short one–five to fifteen minutes. Super fun! Try it and let me know which one you did.
Don’t want to waste your time looking? I’ve got you covered. Just try this one instead–it’s fun and just 10 minutes long!
