  3. Hey Angie!

I just finished reading your book. Wow-Wee, it’s great! The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. 🙂

I liked reading about how you kept your eye on the prize and helped the workmen build the office you wanted (and needed) so you could stop working in a little corner in your living room. Way to go! Yay, you!

I’m so happy to see you recommending the FlyLady — don’t you just love her?!

All the quotes you included were awesome and my favorite is the one about not judging someone until you’ve walked a mile in their moccasins. I’ve been sharing that philosophy will others for years!

And I had to laugh when I read about how you shifted your thinking about “traffic”. We have the most congested traffic in the US here in the Los Angeles area. The highways are a nightmare!! You should (or maybe you shouldn’t) hear some of the things that come out of my mouth when I’m behind the wheel. 😉

The little exercise you suggested about walking out your front door and then walking back in as if you were a “guest” with a fresh pair of eyes looking at your decor, tidiness (or lack of), etc. was just what the doctor ordered! I’ve resided in various rentals for the past eight years or so and I NEVER put up any artwork on the walls. Most landlords frown on pounding nails into the walls, painting the rooms a different color, wallpapering, etc. Your book helped me to realize that something very important to me was missing in my life — Decor!! Blank white walls are boring and depressing. I need some color in my life — a.k.a. some happiness and joy.

Your entire book is filled to the brim with uplifting messages of change and transformation.

I’m giving you five stars and two thumbs up!
    Melanie
