An Original Poem
Life isn’t the same, Your mask has been removed,
And I know your game.
You’ve manipulated my life,
Given me a bad name & turned it into strife.
You’ve turned my family & friends against me,
all for your own glory.
May the truth be revealed,
that you are only an imitation of love & empathy.
They will come to find your connection with them hollow, I
& your heartlessness hard to swallow.
They will be sorry it was you they chose to follow,
& sad that they gave up on someone who would of been there for them tomorrow.
Your sources of supply, only need empathy & love & support & encouragement, to acquire your reply.
It’s all abt., you & how others will fluff your feathers, soon away will they all fly, without a goodbye!!
Your projection of heartlessness onto others, soon becomes towards you their rejection.
Upon introspect, they soon realize of whose false affections they must reject.
Inverted jealousy, you thrive on, twisting the blame.
Gaslighting one too many a flame.
Narcissism has an end, when many eyes become opened.
Alone you will be, inflicted with your own pain.
A heartless game played by the NarcNessMonster within,
everything done to tie me into your sin.
You brought it upon yourself, strife will eternally be your life.
You played this game in stride, soon you’ll have to dwell alone with the beast inside.

What are the signs of COVERT NARCISSISM?
Some times survivors are confused by the abuse they faced because some of the things experienced do not line up with other stories they hear about narcissistic behaviors. Maybe things seem a bit “less bad” compared to what you hear others say or perhaps you really can’t tell because the abuse is so well hidden and subtle. Are you finding it hard to know if you are really dealing with abuse because you can’t even explain what it is that feels so abusive? Do you never know what you are even arguing about yet are made to feel somehow it is all your fault? Do you find ways to justify what the narcissist did because the blame has been shifted or they cleverly play the victim? Has the narcissist in your life never used words that sound abusive but the intent and delivery of those words felt like clear attacks?
In the following video I talk about 20 signs of covert narcissism and give descriptions to help shine some light on covert and deceptive behaviors as well as give you a bit of validation that what you are or did experience is indeed what happened. Many people experience the abuse of a covert narcissist for years without understanding what it is they are facing. The hidden manipulations can be twisted up and so subtle that even to explain it can sound to some people like “no big deal”. If you have ever had the misfortune to be in a relationship of any kind with a covert narcissist you know it is indeed a very big deal that can really play games with your mind and self-worth.

Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD): What It Is & How It’s Related to Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) – Reactive attachment disorder is caused by a lack of attachment to the mother or to any specific caregiver when someone is in early childhood.
The normal attachment develops when the parent or caregiver does the most basic types of care during infancy, such as respond to normal cries or signals for food, cleaning needs and offers basic physical affection like holding or hugging.
Without this attachment, the affected person is unable to form this normal attachment, resulting in an inability for the child to form normal, loving relationships with others. Left untreated, this leads, in some cases, to the adult affected with reactive attachment disorder becoming a narcissist or sociopath. I’ll fill you in with this video.
