Narcissistic Abuse Recovery on Facebook? YES.

It might seem counterintuitive to discuss narcissistic abuse recovery on Facebook, YouTube, and other forms of social media, but we do it for some important reasons. First, clearly, we are able to connect with more survivors of narcissistic abuse through our social media channels, and this allows us to not only help with awareness but also allows us to support a large number of survivors in a way that is both convenient and that can be safer for them than in-person support groups.

The QueenBeeing Team is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our support group members. While it isn’t possible to completely eliminate risk, we actively monitor and moderate our groups. This includes removing people who cause trouble in the groups or who attempt to belittle or harass our members.

Many survivors of narcissistic abuse have told us that our support groups seem like a miracle for them. After spending so much time feeling alone in their toxic relationships with their spouses, partners parents, friends, family members, and/or coworkers, they tell us they finally feel like they have a place to be understood and supported. Even better, they say, our groups make them feel welcome, safe, and not so alone.

The QueenBeeing SPANily Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Support Groups (both on and off-Facebook) offer personal understanding and camaraderie which are essential parts of support. We are also able to actively point our members toward vital resources about narcissism, narcissistic personality disorder, codependency, and narcissistic abuse and recovery. Our certified trauma coaches and admin team are always active in the groups and offer helpful advice, support, and a safe place to share your feelings, thoughts, frustrations, and victories in recovery.

And, since we know no contact isn’t always an option for survivors who are co-parenting and/or otherwise stuck dealing with the narcissist in their lives, we also share day to day strategies and coping techniques to help them get through the hard times.

We do not diagnose anyone and we do not attempt to give medical advice. We are here to help our members find solutions to their relationship problems and support them as they implement those solutions.

Since being in narcissistic abuse recovery has such distinct stages and each stage has its own needs and requires different kinds of support, we have a variety of support groups that offer exactly that – the proper kind of support for the stage of recovery you happen to be in at any given moment.

Not sure which stage of recovery you’re in? Take our narcissistic abuse recovery stages self-assessment here to find out. The results will let you know exactly which groups are right for you.
