I’m sharing this infographic today because it offers a lot of important reminders. While I don’t advocate crash dieting or excessive restriction, there’s something to be said for educating ourselves about the food we’re putting into our bodies.

In the case of sugar, it’s especially important to remember that moderation is key–a little bit is okay for most healthy people, but too much can cause serious health concerns, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease and more.
