If you’re like me, you sometimes get bored with your workout and you don’t want to go spend money on new workout DVDs or equipment without testing the merchandise first.
So hit YouTube and type in what you’re looking for–and most likely, you’ll find it–maybe even a full version of it. For example, I made this “sexy workouts” playlist awhile back.

Your mission today is to find one workout video on YouTube that you can do–and to do it! It can even be a short one–five to fifteen minutes. Super fun! Try it and let me know which one you did.
