If you’re like me, you sometimes get bored with your workout and you don’t want to go spend money on new workout DVDs or equipment without testing the merchandise first.
So hit YouTube and type in what you’re looking for–and most likely, you’ll find it–maybe even a full version of it. For example, I made this “sexy workouts” playlist awhile back.
